01. Chemical Cleaning
Face offers comprehensive pre-commissioning and operational cleaning of piping systems (all metallurgies), boilers (fire tube, water tube, super critical type), vessels (over-head receiver, columns, strippers etc.) heat exchangers, all type of (shell & tube, plate, u-tube, finned / un-finned tubular, counter / parallel flow etc.), lubricating oil systems (pump seal oil, flushing oil etc.) for the power, petrochemical and process industries.
The process is individually formulated for each application and controlled by computerized corrosion monitoring equipment and analytical instrumentation and devices. To achieve operational efficiency at an optimum level: pipelines, manufacturing systems, and vessels must be kept clean as it may contain different kinds of sludge, debris, residue or oxides. Such type of operational by-products creates deposits that may significantly reduce the efficiency of the system because of the plugging. Chemical cleaning processes remove these by-products so that operating efficiency of the system reaches its optimum level.
02. Oil Flushing
FACE have vast experience in lube oil flushing of almost every lubrication system.
Lodging of harmful contaminants in the hydraulic or lubrication oil systems often leads to the reduction in performance or premature failure. To achieve maximum industrial output from these systems, periodic oil flushing is necessary. It is essential to smooth functioning and will efficiently remove harmful contaminants such as rust, weld slag, and residue of oil, sand and dirt. This process significantly reduces your downtime and possibility of premature failure. FACE have its own particle counter machine.
03. Decontamination
FACE offers a comprehensive hydrocarbon decontamination package to the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries.

04. Fluid Pumping
Our fluid pumping services are used for fluid transportation using pumping solutions into or through pipelines, systems, vessels or wells.
We offer pumping services to remove unwanted contaminants and debris from pipelines so that the fluids could be transported in the most efficient manner. Fluid pumping removes debris from the pipelines by significantly increasing cleaning force ratio to clean the debris and scale from the internal areas of the pipelines and vessels. The same fluid containing the debris is then filtered and re-used by injecting it back into the systems to remove additional debris.

05. Tank Cleaning
FACE specializes in cleaning tanks that are utilized to store various product types including crude oil, fuel oil, slop oil, hazardous chemicals, wastewater, asphalt, and other products. Whether it’s routine maintenance to remove solids and sludge, decontamination measures and tank renovation.
Our personnel conduct a thorough hazard and risk assessment of the entire project site. This includes developing a site-specific health & safety plan that identifies the hazards and the controls to ensure the project is completed safely. All personnel are given extensive confined space entry and rescue training. Training certifications are provided prior to mobilization to the project site.

06. Disinfection
FACE offers the disinfection services of water systems in all industrial sector. We are specialized by our unique technique and splendid past experiences. The disinfection services are carried out according to international standards. On-site lab is available to control and measure the parameters such as e-coli, concentration of chemicals etc.

07. Steaming Services
FACE offers the steaming services during normal operational days and T&I’s by its portable steam boilers. FACE boilers are fully equipped with safety gears and suitable for industrial environments.
FACE offers the fire tube boiler on rent having water & diesel storage tanks. Capacity to produce steam varies from 2 to 6 ton/hr. with the discharge pressure up to 10-12bar. Boilers are equipped with pressure relief valves and explosion proof burner and spark arrestor in order to provide the safe operation. Manifolds are mounted with boiler to provide multiple points to connect the steam hoses. FACE boilers can be used on trailer also. It helps to reduce the lifting hassles and space occupation on site.
08. Filtration Services
We offer specialized services in the field of filtration operations by regularly maintaining quality standards and engaging highly expert individuals who work with high-quality materials required for filtration operations. Operational safety is of paramount importance to us and we achieve it by following strict safety guidelines. Filtration services include filtering out contaminants from testing water and using reverse osmosis filtration method for boiler feed water.
Bag filtration requires lower investment and are widely used in diverse range of processes. It consists of a filter bag retainer basket, micron-rated filter bags, and a pressure vessel. Depending upon the application, the filter bags vary from 0.5-micron absolute to 50-micron nominal with persistent up to 10 bar and this makes the bags highly efficient in filtering operations. These filters can be used anywhere in BFW line, CW system, waste water systems and others purposes to trap the suspended particles through the fluid.
09. Hydrojetting
FACE applies manual water jetting systems, exercising techniques to safely remove the unwanted deposits from process vessels, tanks and lines. We also do line cleaning with LP, HP jetting.
FACE offers High Pressure Water Jetting Equipment for Evaporator Tube Cleaning, Condenser Tube Cleaning, Heat Exchanger Tube Cleaning & various Pipe Cleaning applications. We offer High Pressure Hydro Jetting Equipment ranging from 100 bar to 1400 bar (2000 psi to 20000 psi) pressure.
10. Hydro Milling
FACE offers the Hydro milling (also known as Aqua Milling, Hydro lazing) services in all industrial piping structure and systems. It is the most technologically advanced system of cleaning whilst using high pressure water jets, for HP cleaning of the internal surfaces of pipelines, pipe spools and small vessels.
Hydro milling of pipe systems can be described as a system designed for the specialized internal cleaning of pipes, process lines, and tubes. Hydro milling has been widely used in Industrial Cleaning and Pre-commissioning applications for the removal of hard deposits from Steam, Lube oil, Compressor, and Process line systems, as well as tube bundles and vessels for many years. Hydro milling is often selected and used as a preferred method to remove mill scales, deposits, and debris that standard Retro Jetting techniques cannot as effectively remove.
